Who This Service Is For
We support companies planning to establish operations in Cyprus, already operating here, or adapting their corporate and immigration structure to employ high-skilled professionals from outside the EU.
How We Help
1. We review the business structure and team and determine the appropriate process.

2. We register or bring the Cyprus company into compliance and prepare the application for the Register of Companies with Foreign Interests.

3. Once the company’s status is confirmed, we prepare employer and employee documents for residence and work permits.

4. We separately support permits for family members and post-approval procedures, including social insurance and tax registration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a Cyprus company required?
Yes. Under the simplified high-skilled employment policy, the employer must be an eligible Cyprus company registered in the relevant register.

Is there a maximum number of foreign employees?
Maximum quotas for high-paid employment have been abolished. Companies are still expected to work towards the applicable Cyprus/EU-to-third-country staff ratio, so the specific position should be reviewed before filing.

How long does the process take?
The Business Support Center states that registration in the company register can be completed within 10 business days for a complete application. Permit processing depends on the category, document completeness and authority workload; we do not promise a fixed timeline.

What is the Cyprus corporate tax rate?
From 2026, the standard corporate income tax rate is 15%. The effective tax position depends on the company’s activities and structure and requires separate professional advice.
