1. About this notice
This page explains what data Relocate.cy receives through the website, why it is needed, and how visitors can manage analytics cookies. Relocate.cy is part of Cyprus_iT.
2. Form data
When you contact us through a form, we may receive your name, email address, preferred contact method and contact details, selected service, description of your situation, and a technical label identifying the source page or service card.
3. How we use data
We use this information to respond, identify a suitable service, contact you through your chosen channel, keep a record of the request, and protect the website. We do not sell visitor data.
4. Request processing services
Tilda’s standard integrations are used to deliver and record requests: Tilda CRM, email, Telegram, and Google Sheets. These services receive only the information needed to process a request and operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after consent to analytics cookies. It receives pseudonymous technical visit data, language and page path, a safe contact-channel category, and the fact that a form was submitted successfully. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messenger contacts, and form messages are not sent to Google Analytics. Google Ads, remarketing, and advertising personalization are not used.
6. Cookies and consent
Essential cookies support the website and forms. Analytics cookies are optional and are enabled only after consent. You can reject or change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
7. Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as needed to respond, provide a service, meet applicable obligations, and protect legitimate interests. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, contact us through the consultation form or the official Telegram link on the website.
8. Updates
We may update this page when the website, integrations, or requirements change. The current update date appears at the beginning.
